The latest cover of Us Weekly features what they say are before and after shots showing Scarlett Johansson has had a nose job. And now she tells OK! magazine:
“I have always been straightforward with the press regarding my body image and I am very concerned that my fans (and perhaps even my employers) will feel mislead. Thus, I feel compelled to take immediate legal action against US Weekly.”
It’s “misled,” but whatever. Why in the world would anybody think she’d mess with her looks like that? After all, just last year she said:
“I definitely believe in plastic surgery. I don’t want to be an old hag. There’s no fun in that.”
Oh. Never mind.
And not to use that as a cruel segue or anything, but Teri Hatcher is being sued for $2.4 million by skin-care company Hydroderm for breaking her contract by endorsing a competitor’s products. When I first heard about it, I thought they were suing her for endorsing their products!
