Lindsay Lohan has been photographed a few times in recent weeks buying packs of Ariva, a nicotine substitute that smokers use to kick the habit.
Then it leaked that Ariva’s been quietly paying her to indirectly endorse the product by buying it in front of the paparazzi, making sure that the label is clearly visible in photos of her.
But this whole shady deal is on the brink of collapse because the company is upset that she’s still smoking three packs a day. Of course, she’s still in Italy, and when (literally) in Rome… you know the rest. Not to mention that she’s going through Italians like so many flavors of gelato. Honey, if I were getting as busy as you are, I’d need a cigarette (or 60) too.
