michellerodriguez.jpgMichelle Rodriguez just loooooves tempting fate. Mere days after being released from jail where she served her second sentence for drunk driving, the Lost and Girlfight actress was videotaped boozin’ and cruisin’ again. And her explanation:

“I got some New Year’s celebrating to do.”

After receiving her first sentence in 2006 for a DUI in Hawaii, she had this to say about why she picked jail over community service:

“If I’m gonna do something for the community, I need to do that on my own accord. I don’t like being told to do things for the community. I’d rather be in jail for a few days than be told what to do for a month.”

Here’s something she should choose to do for the community: Stop endangering it and surrender her license.

    Totally agree with this post, but it’s pretty terrible how she’s being treated on the gossip blog circuit. People calling for her to be raped in prison, or people suggesting she’s free because she’s THAT good at carpet munching… It’s pretty painful to watch.
