Lindsay Lohan’s Tips on Recovery

It’s been six months since Lindsay Lohan got out of rehab. How’s she turning her life around? According to People:

“There are friends that have been hard to hang out with because they’ve gone done a different path,” the actress, 21, tells the U.K. edition of Glamour for its March issue, in her first interview since being in rehab. “But it’s hard because I’m the kind of person who wants to trust everyone…”

“I’m fine being alone during the day, but I hate being alone at night. I like having friends around me, but now I’d much rather be at home,” she says, pointing out that she now suddenly has more hours of the day to fill, which she tries to do by writing in her journal and watching TV.

As anybody who’s seen LiLo’s writing can attest, she can use all the practice she can get! But with the writers’ strike, there’s nothing good on the tube. So she’s had to find other ways to stay clean.

MSNBC, 1/3:

While in Italy to receive an honor for her film work, the actress was videotaped taking a drink from a champagne bottle on the dance floor at a New Year’s Eve Party.

Page Six, 1/29:

Lindsay Lohan “took a swig of vodka from a bottle of Grey Goose” at the Box Friday night as she partied with Stavros Niarchos, her deejay pal Samantha Ronson, Brody Jenner, and “an entourage of blond 20-somethings,” a witness says. Lohan was “trying to keep a low profile and covering her face.”

Cele|bitchy, 1/29:

According to Rush & Malloy, Lindsay was spotted downing at least two vodka cocktails at the Beatrice Inn on Friday night.

Staying sober is stressful. Can you blame her for just having a little something to take the edge off?

I think she’s hot, and I’m not sure why. Lord help me.
