Kirsten Drunkst Checks Into Rehab

kirsten_drunkst.jpgThe Cirque Lodge in Utah is a revolving door these days. Eva Mendes just got out, so they kept the celebrity status quo by replacing her with fellow B-lister Kirsten Dunst.

Last year the Spider-Man actress, who has been nicknamed Kirsten Drunkst for her well-documented alcohol use, issued some tips for having a good time:

“I drink moderately, I’ve tried drugs. I do like weed. I have a different outlook on marijuana than America does.

“My best friend Sasha’s dad was Carl Sagan, the astronomer. He was the biggest pot smoker in the world and he was a genius.

“I’ve never been a major smoker, but I think America’s view on weed is ridiculous. I mean — are you kidding me? If everyone smoked weed, the world would be a better place.”

Look, Kirsten: I served with Carl Sagan. I knew Carl Sagan; Carl Sagan was a friend of mine.* Kirsten Dunst, you’re no Carl Sagan.**

* Not actually true.

** Definitely true.

    I can just see Kirsten, and Carl passing a bong back and forth discussing the universe, you know, “Hey Carl what if our whole universe, is just a single atom on the thumbnail of some other giant being…. Remember that one time I dropped my keys and you thought the phone was ringing?” *both laughing hysterically*

    Thanks Otto
