She’s Just Being Miley

miley_cyrus2.jpgMiley Ray Cyrus might be responsible for some of the awful paparazzi attention she’s been getting lately — TMZ has video of her buying a swarm of photographers snacks and offering to wait around for them later.

Which seems to be foiling her own plans to keep them away from her so she can live a normal 15-year-old’s life, which she and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus discussed with Access Hollywood:

The Hannah Montana stars talked about how Miley is starting to get a lot of attention from paparazzi, and Billy Ray’s efforts to approach the snappers and find out who they are. “I just want to try to know who’s stalking my family,” he said.

Hint: Your daughter has befriended those stalkers. Maybe she knows who they are and what they can do for her career.

After reading about paparazzi people and the stars calling them to tell them were they are etc. I just can’t imagine being famous. I guess if you have a giant hole in your soul or something it’s cool. But can you imagine having these people all over you all the time? Why does someone want your picture when you’re in Starbuck’s or even the bathroom. Why would you want it taken? Pretty pathetic. I guess if my dad had been a punch line for 15 years I’d over achieve on the fame thing too.

Not to mention the boobs on the 15 year old. Sheeesh.

Well, I highly doubt she said she would wait around for them. I think she meant if they don’t finish the snacks she’d come back and find a good home for them. A cute joke a 15 year old would make. Don’t read so much into it… She’s 15! She was just trying to be nice. She’s just naive, and unfortunately for her, she doesn’t understand that the paparazzi are blood sucking leeches trying to make a quick buck off of her. I actually feel for her; she is pretty much your typical people-pleaser. She’ll grow out of it in 10 years, if not sooner :)

SS, did you watch the video? She says “We’ll wait for you guys if y’all want to catch up with us.”

People-pleaser for sure, but then why complain about the excessive media exposure? That to me is attention-whoring.

I don’t think she’ll ever reach Britney Spears level of fame insanity, but she’ll probably be a Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie.

I think she is just starved for attention and has no other way to get it other than practically ASKING people to take her picture. to SS- i am also 15 and i just dont understand how that could be a joke, sorry.

I think Hollywood 15 year olds are a lot different from say, Boise 15 olds.

Since she’s only 15, I will put this on her age. As long as she doesn’t start acting like Avril Lavigne, I am in peace.
