So not to be outdone in stupidity by her airhead castmate Heidi, Lauren Conrad recently started appearing in the Humane Society of the United States’s new campaign to stop the killing of baby seals in Canada:
“I am a huge animal lover and that includes seals. I think the killing of innocent baby seals is awful and should definitely not be allowed.”
And you know what, that sounds like a pretty good idea. Except LC’s generosity doesn’t extend to baby lambs as well.
She made a whole bag collection out of lambskin for purse designer Linea Pelle (which you can buy here), and also never leaves the house without a Mike & Chris lambskin jacket and one of her Chanel leather bags.
It seems to me the only clubbing she should mind is the kind that requires heels and lipgloss.
She didn’t even take the time to put the frickin’ sweater on .. I bet she is listenging to Seal CD’s to ease her pain in the perverted Hollywood way.

By themselves, “Innocent Baby Seals” are not innocent because they have no thinking mind. They act by instinct just like any dumb animal out there. Giving human traits to animals is a fallacy that cost us dearly in the research and medical field.
On another subject; where can I find seal steak?
The thing about the Canadian seal clubbings is, from what I’ve read and heard about them, they tend to be moderated and traditional outings done by native groups. It’s not so much an industry as a tradition. I may be unaware of some huge corporation clubbing seals by the thousands, though, but Lauren probably wouldn’t be as they’re probably helping to provide for her godawful clothing line

We are definitely not affiliated with PETA. Stick around long enough and you’ll see that we’re just here to call out the celebrities whose values are for sale for a little publicity, and point out when they inevitably end up tripping over their own inconsistencies.
