The Human Landfill is going back to court. And this time… it’s personal!
According to The Smoking Gun, Hilton, AKA Mario Lavandeira, is suing fellow blogger Jonathan Jaxson, AKA Jonathan Lewandowski, for claiming the plus-sized pap-sucker cajoled, wheedled, and outright begged Jaxson to send… oh, let’s just call them solo sex videos. This was in exchange for promised career help from Hilton that never, er… came.
But that’s not even the best part!
Lavandeira, 30, charges that these claims are false, adding that Lewandowski has also invaded his privacy by posting his cell phone number online.
That’s right: He invaded Perez Hilton’s privacy. He invaded the privacy of the guy who’s made a career of outing gay celebrities and sticking his bloated face in front of any red-carpet camera that doesn’t crack at the sight of him. Deceiverrific!

In his complaint… Lavandeira contends that, as a result of the 24-year-old Lewandowski’s actions, he has “suffered loss of his reputation, shame and mortification” and “mental anguish.”
The only way Perez Hilton’s reputation could possibly suffer would be if he took classes in English, drawing, and/or Pilates. As for the shame, mortification, and mental anguish, he might try going around the house and covering up all the mirrors.
Get it? He’s fat.

First off, Perez doesn’t post celebrities phone numbers on his blog! That is envasion of privacy. This kid took it too far to get some attention. If Perez DID ask the kid to send him nudies, he was probably doing it just to see if the loser would. And I’m sure the brilliant wanna-be did. I don’t see how this is even important enough to be “gossip”. Second off, oooh, he’s fat. BIG DEAL. America is the fattest country around, and if anyone has been paying attention, he’s making a huge effort to get in shape and be healthy. And Finally, why is wrong for him to sue this guy? He’s obviously some weirdo, who wanted help for his blog, couldn’t have it, and then threw a tantrum because HE himself made the dumb choice of makig nudies and giving them to someone. Not everyone can be successful as a blogger. Obviously.

this is my second visit to this site; i actually came here from perez’s site … i’m starting to lose interest in it though. his ego is getting too big, and the quality of his work is going way down. that whole thing he posted about john mayer just went too far. i’m not a fan of meyer, but i don’t think that accusation was true. perez only posted that in retaliation for a comment john made on his blog; perez has proven that he is a whiney little troll, and can’t take what he dishes out. blah.

There is no need to get defensive. You guys had to have anticipated this backlash when insulting Perez, seeing that most of us (me included)only know about this site b/c of him. That being said, I love both sites and check them almost on a daily basis. Perez, though, I must say, has more of a flair for entertainment (only b/c of his lack of shame and ability to draw bodily fluids on deserving celebs), but this site is great too!

As an aside , I had mentioned celebs wearing masks to and from events and restaurants to screw with the paps in a post yesterday and was delighted to see earlier today , pictures of Ashley Olson in People Mag wearing one to and from a wedding she and a number of other bridesmaids were in .
They all wore these white masks , it was perfect , you couldn’t tell who the others were either!!! If that caught on with all the celebs , it would be the beginning of the end for the pap smears especially the ones that cross all boundaries and are ruthless.
