Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s downfall Ashley Alexandra DuprĂ© has filed a $10-million lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild because, she alleges, they coerced her with booze into signing away the rights to her breasts when she was 17 years old.
Far be it from me to defend Joe Francis — talk about a Class-A douchebag — but seriously, an admitted hooker claiming that she had to be plied with alcohol to pull out the funbags for the camera? A bit hard to, um, swallow.
Francis tells TMZ:
“We were very surprised and in fact amazed today that Ms. Dupree filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild. We have not publicly released any new video of Ms. Dupree, due to corporate policy of not using footage of individuals younger than 18. It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupree could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification.”
That would be her fake ID that said she was 21 at the time. How fast will this be tossed out of the courts? Before lunch, perhaps?
Reading this, I feel icky for having to take Francis’ side in this one. This might well be in my Top Five for stupidest lawsuits ever.

So is she mad because they coerced her, and then profited where she didn’t or what? If she hadn’t become a “famous” hooker no one would have known who she was right? I’m cornfused. I mean she was/is a hooker so being naked on film isn’t a big deal is it? I’m naked on film every third Thursday and no one pays me. Should they?
I prefer the phrase “sweater meat”. Or “fun balloons”. Breasticles works too sometimes.
Why does Girls Gone Wild still exisit? It’s so done with now. How do they make money?

But the fact that they said they had never released the video before because she was under 17 - doesn’t this show that they knew she wasn’t 21? They only made it public when she became a known name.
The fact she’s a hooker is nothing to do with it - under 18, no pics.
Giving consent once doesn’t mean you automatically give consent across the board.

I’m sure. I once signed a contract that said - until the end of time. Or the universe, or something. For real.
If she was 17 when she signed the contract, it is not an enforceable contract because a minor does not have the capacity to enter into a contract. Consequently, it is revocable. Ms. Dupree will win this one.
My view is that when orgnanizations such as GGW, in their eagerness to make money, will not bother to even do simple checks as to the legal status of the women they seek to undress, so much the worse for them. Go get ‘em, Alex.
She won’t win a dime. I think Joe Francis is scum, but considering that he has done far worse to girls and gotten away with it, she’s not going to win. She’s only mad because he withdrew an offer when he found out that she had already done some work for him. If he hadn’t withdrawn the offer, she would not have sued.
Besides, if a person is willing to use a fake id to get in one of these videos, that is their own stupidity. Yes, he’s exploiting them, but they shouldn’t put themselves out there to be exploited. He’s going to clubs; what are you doing there if you are too young to get in?
So the whore first faked being 21 by showing false ID and now claims she was under 21. I guess shes willing to be countersued for fraud, using counterfit documents, false swearing, etc….The creep who owns GGW should sue her immediately for placing him in an illegal situation, no fault of his own……
And by the way, why hasn’t she been arrested for prostitution yet?
