I think Joe Francis is scum, but considering that he has done far worse to girls and gotten away with it, she's not going to win. She's only mad because he withdrew an offer when he found out that she had already done some work for him. If he hadn't withdrawn the offer, she would not have sued. Besides, if a person is willing to use a fake id to get in one of these videos, that is their own stupidity. Yes, he's exploiting them, but they shouldn't put themselves out there to be exploited.
