Joe Francis has released a bit of the Girls Gone Wild footage that Ashley Alexandra Dupré filmed for them and is suing them over.
No, not the naked bits — the part where she gave her consent to be filmed:
In the new release, Dupre appears covered by a terrycloth towel and gives her name as Amber Arpaio. An unseen questioner asks if she is 18.
“Yes I am,” Dupre answers in a strong Southern accent.
“Do you know what ’Girls Gone Wild’ is?” the questioner asks.
“Yes I do,” she replies with a laugh.
“Can I use this on ’Girls Gone Wild’?” she is asked.
“Of course you can,” Dupre answers.
The video also displays a New Jersey driver’s license with the Amber Arpaio name and a birth date that would have made her appear to be in her 20s.
This pretty much nullifies her whole argument that they filmed her even though they knew she was underage. The defense rests in time for happy hour.
Loser - her family must be so proud.

Meh, I always wondered why these little twits lie to get on Girls Gone Wild, then cry how they were treated unfairly or were “forced” to show their funbags on Spring Break. I’m not denying that Joe Francis needs to get a real job and that he’s any less of a skeaze, but it doesn’t make sense to do do what these Junior Sluts are doing to get on film. Attention whores.

Well, I think the answer to that is that they’re totally wasted. Joe Francis and his crack team of predators troll bars and clubs looking for girls who maybe wouldn’t do those type of things had they not been partying all night with thier friends.
I’m sure there are girls who want to use GGW to launch some sort of “career”, but I’m also sure most of them regret last night.

It seems easy to me to point the finger at some of these girls and say they’re sluts and loose and all that, but in fact if there wasn’t a Joe Francis standing there talking her into not just showing her boobs but anything he can get out of her (and he does talk them into it if they have the slightest hesitation) she probably wouldn’t have done it.

Im not talking about this girl in particular. I’m not even talking about all the girls who’ve been on GGW. And I’ve seen videos, I’ve seen him talk girls into it, college age girls who are in a semi-conscious state.
Lets talk about “good and decent” men here for a second. Do you think a good and decent man makes a living by going around to bars and clubs taking advantage of girls who are under the influence to make money?
