Motherhood becomes Nicole Richie — seriously, she’s looking so much better than she used to — but according to Star magazine, she’s itching to get back to her partying ways.
âNicole is torn between being a mommy and being a party girl,â an insider told the publication. âShe wants to go out and have fun, but when she does, sheâs like, âUh-oh, Harlow needs me.ââ
The dramatic lifestyle change is catching to the new mom, said another source. âNicole really misses her carefree life. Before Harlow came along, Nicole never had to worry about anything. All she did was party with her friends and go shopping. Now sheâs totally overwhelmed by her new responsibility, even though she adores her daughter. Nicole still canât figure out if sheâs happier when sheâs home with the baby or hitting the town with her friends!â
Nothing is sadder than when celebrities have kids young and then claim they weren’t ready for the responsibility (paging Britney Spears). It was way less depressing when she called motherhood “beyond amazing” last month — let’s go back to then.

Hey isn’t that what nannies are for? I mean look how good she turned out.
My thought exactly Pasta - doesn’t she have a nanny or two (or three)? This is rubbish.
Deceiver,
You do realize that you are getting this information from Star magazine — right? I feel more embarrassed for you that you are commenting on someone based on questionable sources. I guess you could afford Journalism school.
Journalism school is for people who don’t already have writing gigs. Obvi.
Say what you want about Star and the National Enquirer, but honestly they’re right more often than they’re wrong once you start paying attention to track records.
Ugly ho-bag needs to go away and raise her child. Maybe she can abort it ala South Park?
It’s too bad she didn’t think of this before she had unprotected sex…like d’uh !
Every other new mom has those thoughts. No matter if she’s some kind of celebrity, rich or poor. It doesn’t mean that she or anyone else regrets having a child.
