Hayden Panettiere seems to have determined that her squeaky-clean image has become too difficult to maintain.
So she’s decided to start her own rumors that she’s all over women.
The 18-year-old — who plays indestructible Claire Bennet in the BBC2 sci-fi hit — has been dogged by rumours she is a lesbian.
She said: “That’s fine with me. If I’m going to be linked with someone, I could do an affair with Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba or Charlize Theron.
“And Kate Beckinsale is gorgeous. There are so many beautiful girls.â€
I Don’t Like You In That Way calls bullcrap on that, and I have to agree. First of all, if all you had to do is simply announce that you’re having an affair with Angelina, I’m sure one of you would have figured that out already.
No, the only reason she’s obnoxiously propagating this titillating tidbit is that she wants you to picture her making out with women who are way, way hotter than she is, and hope it rubs off on her a little. It’s not working, right guys? Guys?
She’s so cute and small. I’d like to keep her locked up in a box in my garage. I’d sometimes take the box with me if I went on a car trip. I guess I’d have to feed her, just as long as she stayed in the box. If some of her hair fell through the cracks in the box, I could smell them. I could stroke them, as long as she stayed in the box. I’d leave a little hole in the box so that I could put lipstick on her, and maybe mascara, if she could move in the box. There wouldn’t be much room in the box, but that’s OK, because she’s small, and would learn to like the box. It would be a pretty box… but a small box. It couldn’t be too big, or she might be able to move around too much. That wouldn’t be good. I bet she’d really like that box.

That is from an old GQ interview she did in November and The Sun is just re-using it because they have nothing else to write. But if you read the interview and this quote in it’s context they were just kidding around.
