To be fair she said: “My experience in Kenya with Operation Smile was incredible. To witness the truly miraculous transformations in the lives of so many desperate needy children was both powerful and personally rewarding.”

She never said that she was actually involved with causing these “truly miraculous transformations” and, lest we forget, the last time she was personally involved with helping impoverished children she gave them a gas-guzzling SUV, pimple cream, and junk trinkets to an orphanage that has no clean water, no clean food, and no utilities!
