Just because everyone else is doing it makes it smart, or even right for that matter?

Let me tell YOU something. I just turned 20 years old three months ago. I clearly remember what it was like being a f*cking teenager. The young and stupid card is just a cop out. The first time I had used the internet, I was twelve years old, and even then I knew not to post any personal photos or information in public.

Point being? I was twelve and knew better, what’s her excuse?

And I’m not sure about you and I think I’m better off not knowing what you post on Myspace, but I will have you know that I’ve had a Myspace account for three years, and never posted questionable pictures of myself on there.

But you know, shame on us for expecting someone at the age of fifteen to grasp the concept of common sense. You really can’t attribute the age factor to how she makes stupid decisions. After you’re age of deterring what is right from wrong and your ass from a hole in the ground, you should be held accountable for your actions. Sorry.

Furthermore, when one is under a Disney contract, they are meant to uphold a wholesome image. This is nothing new. Miley is not holding up her end of the deal by posint suggestive pictures on the internet. While I don’t think that the recent pictures of her in a blanket were a big deal, it’s the ones she posts herself that are, especially when one has said that they do everything for Jesus. So, was she posting suggestive pictures for Jesus?

Those of you who are teenagers and saying you do this sort of thing yourselves are, quite frankly, lacking parental guidance and IQ points. I’m a 34 year old woman who does NOTHING for Jesus, has a great bod, but would not upload even an innocent poolside picture of myself onto my myspace page. I have a little more self esteem than that, and don’t need the validation of the internet world. Kids that do this obviously do, and are just asking for trouble, more so than someone my age, who is less likely to attract an online predator.
