Back in June when Charlie Sheen declared he was done trashing Denise Richards in the press, I was hopeful that we wouldn’t have to read any more of the former spouses’ dirty laundry. I admit it, I’m naive.
In a new low for the Wild Things actress, she’s accused Sheen of molesting their young daughters. She called for an emergency custody hearing last week where she presented video footage of Sam and Lola, ages 4 and 3, acting “strangely.” The judge dismissed the evidence when Sheen countered with videos of the girls behaving normally at his house.
So why would Richards do such a thing?

“She came after Charlie because the ratings on her E! reality show ['It's Complicated'] have tanked and they were threatening not to renew,” the source said.
“She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge’s chambers - which wasn’t allowed. It’s ridiculous.”
Denise Richards is the worst kind of bully: the kind who doesn’t stop even after the victim has walked away. The more I hear about this crazy bitch, the more I wonder what kind of drugs Sheen was using when he married her.
Exploiting one’s children with a reality show wasn’t low and trashy enough for Denise, especially after she began to realize that no one would watch that crap. You know, it takes a lot of trashy to make someone like Charlie Sheen look classy.

I’m not normally one to go “think of the children” but DAMN. I can’t even imagining growing up in a reality where your mom is telling people your dad molested you in order to get better TV ratings. I mean, there must be psych students who are planning their careers around treating these kids for life.
There is so much wrong with this it makes me think some people shouldn’t be allowed to breed. Honestly, what is she thinking? Does anyone else see this as abuse, because I sure do. She should not have those kids. Not at all. Even if he was doing something, this is not the way you handle it. Bringing cameras into something so personal for those kids, it makes me want to cry. How awful is this going to be for them when they grow up, and have to hear about all of this with an understanding of what it really means. She is no mother.
She is really ill. I hope Charlie will pursue full custody of their children. She needs to get help. Everything that comes out of her mouth seems to be a lie, she is pathological. Hopefully her family and the people that work with her will encourage her to seek out the professionAAl help she so obviously needs. Charlie do what you gotta do to protect your kids.

All the really good looking ones are crazy. Except me of course. I can tell you I would have passed on that blue shorts-bikini top combo. She looks more like a “red”. Maybe even yellow or black.
these people are insane.. especially denise. she makes a fool of herself on her reality show. i think the court should just do whats best for the kids: hand them over to a pack of wolves. sheesh.
I think it’s disgusting that she uses her “past with Charlie Sheen” to capitalize upon.
I, for one, don’t believe a single word that comes out of her mouth, but by a snowball’s chance in hell she’s being honest, I don’t think any higher of her than I do now. As a matter of fact, I think I’d think less of her for using her children.
Thanks for trivializing the reality of the children who are beaten and molested by their parents by not only (well, I think so) fabrication but by transforming the ordeal into a media circus.
Charlie Sheen has stricken back, but at least he’s backed down. It’s Denise Richards who brings Charlie Sheen up every single time someone cares enough to let her speak (and unfortunately, too much).
Oh come on - how do you know she’s making it up? - Charlie Sheen is a crazy, foul mouthed, disgusting fool who’s regularly done speed and bedded hookers. Some of the statements he’s issued publicly recently are so disgusting it’s hard to believe they came from an adult. I wouldn’t at all be surprised if he’s abusing his children. All this public anger at Denise Richards is truly puzzling considering that almost every reality show featuring a person with kids has the children in the footage. Look at Tori Spelling who practically had a camera crew in the delivery room. Look at the crazy Lohans with mom Dina who practically forces her kids into show business so she doesn’t have to get a life or a job.

If it was true would you still defend her actions? Bringing cameras into the court room, making a public spectical of her childrens abuse. How could you defend this? If he abusing his children, she should be a mother and not use that abuse to get ratings. For crying out loud they are just kids! Normally when there is a case of sexual assult the names of those assulted are not released to the public so that those kids are protected. Well now the whole world is going to sit there and judge these girls. Not to mention that now, because she handled this so poorly, she won’t be taken seriously. So if the children are being abused by their father (which they are most certainly by their mother, this proves it) nobody is going to believe her because she used this issue to get ratings.
Carrie- I think we’re assuming she’s making it up because she was so eager to jump into a media circus courtroom with…no evidence. “Acting strangely?” I’m not an expert and I didn’t see it, but that sounds like “just good enough to get in court” evidence. If she really suspected something, regardless if Sheen was actually doing it, I would hope she’d spend less time calling in the reality crew and more time talking to a lawyer and finding out what she needs to have a real case that would actually protect her children.
It’s the fact that she seemed to skip talking with a good lawyer and instead spent her time talking with a PR agent that makes me doubt her concern as a parent. It doesn’t even matter really if you believe Sheen did something or not…her reaction was way way off. I’d actually despise her more if she DIDN’T make it up, because then she’d be willing exploiting a REAL tragedy.

In case you haven’t read what I said, Carrie, which I’m under the impression you haven’t, I said that in the slightest chances she’s being honest, I still think she’s a sh*tty human being for exploiting her children’s situation as a public fanfare.
I know that if I was abused and molested by my parents, I wouldn’t enjoy my mother using my situation as a scapegoat for her own faults.
I don’t think either of them are great parents, but why is everyone on her case for having the kids on her show? Nobody says a word about Komora Lee Simmons having her kids on her show. C’mon, they’re both doing the same thing. What’s the difference?
I am against anyone exploiting their children on a reality show, and while I haven’t seen the Simmons one, and admittedly enjoyed the Osbournes, it’s worse for Denise because of the other things going on in this divorce case. It’s not just the publicity, but the viciousness on both sides. The kids are apparently in therapy already. They are extremely young, and this is just adding insult to injury as far as I am concerned.
I know if I was a small kid, and my parents were too busy bitch-slapping each other in the media to pay attention to me, or worry about me being old enough to READ and UNDERSTAND the things they say about one another for myself in a few years, not to mention all these strange people with cameras following all this senselessness 24/7, I’d be acting strangely too.
I’m just surprised those two aren’t regularly filmed calling each other and tranny-sperm results and the like. Not like they have mature adult parental examples to follow, or anything.
This is just sick. It’s on the same level as Mucca’s photo-op with the woman with no legs.

I am with Carrie. Look at Charlie’s history. Denise doesn’t have anywhere near the past that he does. He is disgusting. If you will check it out he is also the first one to come out with something nasty to say about her. She tries to keep her mouth shut. How do you know she had the reality show in the courtroom. Is there footage of that. Denise could probably work on her potty mouth for sure but she is nowhere near the loser that Sheen is.
There are so many reality shows with the kids in them….Run’s House would be a good example.
I Like Denise. I think she is a good Mother. So many people have their children on their reality shows, why are you picking on her for that. She also took Her Father in after Her Mother died and She is close to Her Family. Stop Trashing Her. If You have the time to trash Her than You don’t have a life. By the way, If You read this Denise, How much do You want for Your Tom Whitney Sunglasses. I Love them. The Press is trashing You again saying they are 2007 model, Well, they are Beautiful. If You see this by some slim chance please have someone write to me with an offer on those glasses. You can afford another pair, I can’t. Please lets make a deal. Maybe a small discount since they are quote “Last Years Model”.
