Crazed Tab Reporter Set Up Heather Locklear for DUI

This is as nutty a story as it gets. Even for Hollywood.

So Heather Locklear was popped last week for driving under the influence, and curiously enough, the paps were right there to catch the event on tape.

Someone smelled a rat though, and it turns out a crazed former Us Weekly writer has been stalking Locklear since forever. Jill Ishkanian allegedly hacked into her former employer’s celebrity-tracking database (I know, I want one too!), followed Locklear in her car, then called 911 to report suspicious driving.

When the cops showed up, Ishkanian took photos of the arrest, photos she then sold for $27,500 to TMZ.com.

Except Locklear wasn’t drunk. Eyewitnesses who saw her minutes before her arrest said she did not appear intoxicated in the slightest.

The toxicology report hasn’t been released yet but we’re predicting a fail for Ishkanian.

Hey, now all the celebrities with DUIs can say US weekly set them up. What an excuse.

I’d love to watch Heather put a proper ass-whoopin’ on that reporter.

“Except Locklear wasn’t drunk.” She may not have been drunk, but what was she doing with a shovel, an ice pick, plastic bags and latex gloves in her trunk? Those cops need to ask some more questions.

I know the job market is tough but this is a bit extreme to get re-hired.

If Heather was smart she would file charges against the photographer, then sue her for defamation of character.

Fail for Ishkanian? I could only see that happening if somehow TMZ was able to sue and get their $27,500 back for those pics. Otherwise, she is full of win at the moment – not to mention totally bonkers.

    Get your silly string ready:

“Former senator and presidential candidate John Edwards will speak about election results and answer questions during a lecture Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. in the Indiana University Auditorium, the Indiana Memorial Union Board announced today.”

His talk will focus on what the results mean for America’s political and economic future. The lecture is free and open to the public and will be followed by a question and answer session.

The lecture is co-sponsored by the Office of the Provost, the Residence Halls Association, IU College Democrats, and Young Democrats of Indiana, according to the union board.

I’d turn in my own grandmother on a DUI for $27,500. And she knows it. Last time it was all spitting and scratching. And that’s just when she turned ME in. I’ll get her. I guess Christmas will be ugly again this year.

Pastfarian, she’s single-cougar right? I mean like, you would be offended if I “knocked on her door” sometime?

Wow. Sign this woman up as an MSNBC reporter covering Sarah Palin.

I thought the MSM couldn’t get any lower and I was wrong! They could actually be more dishonest than they already are.

    Got $27,500?

Pasta, I’ve started coming to this site to read your comments almost as much as to read the articles themselves.

Wow. Well, pending toxicology reports, I can only say that I hope Heather ruins this harpy if she wasn’t under the influence of anything.

Thanks Shell. That’s the plan. I want to work for Deceiver because I hear it’s like a low six figure salary, company car (a Yugo you can drive two miles a week), plus parties with supermodel types every Wednesday, and Saturday (It’s really just a Victoria’s Secret Fashion show from CBS played on a VCR). Plus I hear Holly Won’t is smokin’ hot.

(Just kidding about everything except the Holly stuff.)

It’s only six figures if you count pennies. Other than that, you heard right.
