I just don’t think PETA is trying very hard. After the group unveiled a naked anti-fur poster of the leather-loving, meat-eating Khloe Kardashian, it took exactly one week for the paps at Fame Pictures to find this snapshot. It’s from a Beverly Hills event hosted by Lindsay Lohan in March:

- Pam Anderson is fronting for the leather- and feather-happy Vivienne Westwood.
- Sophie Monk just can’t stop eating KFC chicken.
- Alec Baldwin has a speedboat with leather seats.
- Amanda beard’s favorite shoes are her leather sandals.
- Shanna Moakler wears fur.
- So does Tamara Ecclestone.
- And Eva Mendes.
- And Kim Cattrall.
- And Kimora Lee Simmons.
- Jenna Jameson wears leather, goes fishing, and slurps raw oysters.
- Even Stella McCartney dabbles in silk — the kind that comes from unwilling Asian worms.
They’re all PETA spokespeople.
Remind me — Why should we listen to any of them?

Wait, so now *silk* is bad because it comes from insects? PETA does realize that cotton comes from unenvironmentally sound plants and synthetic fibers come from the evil petroleum, right? What are all the ‘enlightened’ supposed to wear instead?
MC Mom–all truly enlightened people go nude. Thus the reason why nudists and nudist colonies are way better than the rest of us.
It is interesting to note, however, that here in the midwest, there are very, very few nudist colonies. Or, you know, anywhere not SoCal.
Why do we care what celbs think? Do they think?
I think….and I think P.E.T.A. and those who support P.E.T.A. do and say the most hypocritical things because they are suffering from malnutrition. When you are suffering from severe malnutrition you brain is compromised. I swear this is what happens. Look, it is effecting almost all of hollywood. Can you name one celb. who has not been a publicity seeking hypocrite?

Khloe Kardashian, I guess, lost a lot of weight judging by how her body looked in the recent anti-fur campaign poster in comparison to how she looks in that picture above, for instance.
As a result, Khloe Kardashian now actually has a self-esteem, and wanted an excuse to get naked. I expect that this is just the beginning of Khloe Kardashian’s joining her sister parading around nude to just about every location where cameras are present.
I’m sure that when she lost weight, she lost some of her personality too. Just like every other “humble” female celebrity when she starts getting attention for her body.

I would love to see what PETA has to say about the hypocrite brigade they have hired and kissed up to given all this information. I think that if someone on the inside is sabotaging them, that I love that person, whoever they are.This is pure comedy.

If the truth be known, the truth is more than “to each his own.” And I know what’s going on here — she discovered this small cache of furs, and is demonstrating in horror how the fur-wearers drape these skins on themselves — “… and they wear them like this – ewwww.”
One would think PETA could dig up a “real” hottie who actually believes this stuff. Don’t tell me every “normal citizen” PETA supporter is so ugly she doesn’t wear fur or eat meat because it just runs away from her…

If I was to throw someone on a poster for something I thought was important, I’d really want to make sure they walked the talk. Yikes.
I haven’t eaten meat in years and I try to avoid animal products of any kind — yes, even leather (the fuzzless fur). But it’s my view that d-nozzle celebrities do such causes more harm than good. You know PETA is backfiring when it makes me (pretty much a vegan) want to slap somebody. Insult to intelligence & good taste.
You know the world would be a better place if you would put as much effort into worrying about child molestaion, torture, poverty , domestic violence, genocide, starvation, children with no Christmas toys, families losing jobs and homes, drunk driving deaths, cancer, AIDS, and homeless children as you do about the ” FEELINGS AND OVERALL WELL BEING” Of animals.
God people, lets get our priorities straight once an for all!!!!
