In one corner, there’s Joe Francis, the man who brought the world Girls Gone Wild but isn’t really too wild about paying his taxes. And despite humiliating countless teenage girls during his smarmy career, he had the gall to whine when some prison guards took away his extra blanket. Someone call the waahmbulance.
And then there’s Dr. Phil McGraw. This phony doctor preaches personal responsibility and the importance of family, but seems pretty ignorant of boundaries when it comes to snooping around the Spears family or getting a scoop for his show. The only thing that could make him a bigger phony is if he was a philandering cheater with a history of license suspensions. Oops.

A hard choice, but I went with Dr. Phil. He is not only annoying, he is unethical and all around creepy. And when your creepy is worse than Joe Francis’ creepy, well… that’s just creepy.
Joe Francis is a Vampire of the worst kind and deserves my vote.
The Dr. has a greater “ability” to spread his filth as compared to Mr. Pedo. Afternoon TV, Oprah association, & book deals beats 3am 30-minute boobie informercials.
I’m on a losing end of most of these so far. Joe Francis brings creep to a new level. I know we’re talking hypocrisy, so I guess I’ll say that it’s a small price to pay to have your life put on hold in prison when you should be getting your ass beat on a daily basis because of your preying on others.
I didn’t realize just how much I wanted to punch Dr. Phil in the face until I saw that two-headed picture of him.

I sort of expect skankaliciousness from Francis; when it comes from “Dr” Phil, it counts, somehow, as a greater hypocrisy.
Good God that was a toughie. Although I want nothing more than embarrassment and misery for Joe Francis (as he embarrased the entire female college population), Dr. Phil is more douchier.

I went with Dr. Phil because his hypocrisy is more subtle, which probably makes it more dangerous. Who cares about Joe Francis, anyway?
Joe goes after young girls where as Dr. Phil goes after everyone, including Octomom. Practicing without a license – no problem. He gets my vote, hands down.

Know what would happen to me if I went around claiming to be a doctor without having a current license? Probably a whole hell of a lot more than what’s happened to ‘ol Phil, which is why he deserves the win here.

this is a tossup… both are scum. phil is more hypocrit but joe francis is way more scummy…. i voted francis cuz i read an interview with him and he has absolutely no character. the world would honestly be better off without him. (although that is true with dr phil as well)

Joe is a douchebag I can ignore, since I don’t have a TV, and most of my patients are fast asleep by the time the “Girls Gone Wild” spots come on. But when I’m at work many of my patients have their sets tuned to him, so I can’t ignore him. Dr. Phil make my skin craw.

I went with Dr Phil. People know and expect Joe Francies to be a shady bit of scum, but Dr Phil acts all self-righteous and like he’s better than everyone when… he’s just as flawed. While I sometimes love his red-hot temper, and the way he can go off on people, he doesn’t seem too willing to let others point out his flaws.

Has to be Dr. Phil. Aside from the fact that he’s not licensed, he makes he’s gotten rich off of making the very people who come to him for help feel like the douchebag that he (Dr. Phil) is. Joe Francis is already reaping the rewards of his douchebaggery, so he doesn’t need my vote.

I went with Dr. Phil because, as others have said, I can shut my eyes when the breasticles come on the boob tube, but it’s harder to make the pompous windbag pipe down.

I looked up douchebag in the dictionary and lo and behold, there was Joe Francis’s picture. So I was tempted to vote for him since this is the douchebag category but I had to go with Dr. Phil because, quite frankly, I expect more from him.
Well, this 1 was just…excrutiating. Both are douchebags, no doubt about it, both prey on the weak…and stupid. One exploits bodies, the other one f***s with minds. One (Joe Francis), however, seems like a lot more of a sleezebag than the other (Dr. Phil). But after careful consideration, I decided to vote for Dr. Phil. Just because he is more of a hypocrite than Joe Francis, Francis’ douchebaggery is more out in the open.
Voting for Dr. Phil, mainly because Joe Francis is just hurting himself (no comment on the GGW series), while Dr. Phil and his quackery hurts those who trust him.
I voted for Dr Phil because he’s supposed to be a medical expert who could’ve maybe really helped people if he hadn’d been deemed a prophet by Oprah.
Joe Francis is douchier, but Dr. Phil is waaaayyyyy more invasive and pseudo-intellectual. Plus, NO ONE still thinks Joe is an okay guy, but lots of older ladies everywhere still hang on Dr. Phil’s every word.
