Way to go RH, you’ll go down in history as worse that typhiod Mary or Toyko Rose and who ever else sets out to use their pathetic bodies just to screw.

JE may want a test to prove he’s the father, because he knows or was told there are other possibilities. And he doesn’t want to take responsibility for some one elses child. She may have refused because she’s afraid he might not be. Now JE may not want to resolve this while EE is alive because he has done enough to his family. And RH may have to accept this because she was a willing participant in hurting JE’s wife and kids.

There are ways to DNA this child on the side. They may not be admissible in court but it can be done. Neither one appears to be doing anything like that.

If I were EE, I’d get a PI and use the DNA to prove RH used the baby to alienate JE’s affection from his family and I would sue her for disrespecting my family. Then I’d sue JE and take all him money for my family. RH would be named as the corespondent. I would get both of them out of my life. Let the lawyers fight it out and I’d show up only when I have to.

Elizabeth Edwards is right about Andrew Young though.

Andrew Young’s involvement with John Edwards passed hero worship and bordered on a homoerotic obsession. Not that there’s anything wrong with that!

30 year old Cheri Young (nee Pfister) was working the third shift as a nurse when John Edwards ran in 2004. It was exciting to her, a small town girl, to see a campaign up close and she fantasized that one day Andrew Young would be a candidate too.

But it was not to be. Young’s record of petty criminal behavior and DUIs were anything but respectable, and at best he was campaign camp follower different from Rielle Hunter only in that he had less control.

It seems her opinion of Andrew Young is quite an about face from all the times in her book “Saving Graces” that Elizabeth speaks glowingly of him and all the work he performed for their campaigns. She even talks about how she enjoyed DisneyWorld in the Summer of 2004 and how fun it was Andrew and Cheri Young and their two young children joined the Edwards in Orlando on page 237 of that book. That seems like a far cry from trying in a stalkerish way to vacation where Elizabeth and John were vacationing.

In Elizabeth Edwards’ new book, “Resilience,” she scorns her husband’s former mistress (Rielle Hunter, whom she refuses to name). But she brushes another former campaign worker with the same brush, calling them both “pathetic.”

Edwards compares the mistress with a young man who first volunteered in John Edwards’ 1998 Senate campaign. She describes him as “John’s obsessed fan.”

“I will call him Jim,” she writes.

Jim “volunteered for everything,” drove the candidate around, washed his car, took care of his dry-cleaning. “There was no job too menial for Jim,” she said.

Jim and his wife, who worked a late shift, would leave McDonalds breakfasts outside the Edwards’ door until Elizabeth told her to stop. Jim’s obsequiousness got to Elizabeth until a lie on his part finally forced his departure from the campaign. But he hung around. He tried to vacation where they vacationed and sent daily emails to the Edwards’ friends.

“The existence of a Jim made it easier to accept the existence of this woman,” Elizabeth wrote. “…My life at some level is tragic. Theirs is worse; theirs is pathetic.”

Campaigns, particularly those as intense as John Edwards’, are close-knit communities. A lot of people who worked on the campaign probably know him. Wherever he is, he may be as unhappy with Elizabeth’s description of him as Rielle Hunter is.

She has a right to take a shot at the mistress. She’s been way more considerate than I would have been. I would have gotten on TV and told the world in the beginning and maybe there wouldn’t be an extra baby to consider at this point. Her dtrs. need a strong example and her son needs to know the consequences of his actions on his family.
