Crazy headline, right? Crazy story to go along with it: America’s sweetheart Sandra Bullock is trying to convince the court that she is a better mom to her husband Jesse James’s daughter than the kid’s biological mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, who just served six months in prison for tax evasion.
Lindemulder is currently in a halfway house and can apply for custody of her child at the beginning of next year but Bullock’s husband, US television star Jesse James, has already taken action to keep the child with them.
Bullock, James and Lindemulder all have homes in the wealthy Los Angeles beach front suburb Orange County.
“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (the girl) will be safe with (Lindemulder),” James said in a statement to the court. “She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”
Drug addicts, guns, and felons, oh my! Speaking of unsafe environments, did you know that Jesse James is the star of the Spike channel’s daredevil program Jesse James Is A Dead Man? ET Online reports that he’s broken two ribs, his elbow, and has been set on fire — and that was just in the first season:
“I think death wish is the guy that wants to bury himself under 10,000 pounds of dirt in, like, a Plexiglas casket,” says the star of “Jesse James is a Dead Man.” “That’s just dumb. Being an adrenaline junkie is just racing and going fast and doing stuff that could kill you. A lot of people get killed doing it, but here we’re putting the danger right out in the open.”
Anyone else mystified what Sandra Bullock sees in this guy? Methinks she likes the bad boys. Who knew.

The nutshell version: You can’t really accuse your ex of putting your daughter in an unsafe environment if you’re setting fire to yourself on television.
Let’s face it, he is no upstanding guy. He left his pregnant wife to be with Sandra.

Porn Star vs. Sandra. No contest. I am a women and I think Sandra is hot. I don’t like the fact that he ditched his wife while she was pregnant, but at least he is taking care of his child now.
I’ve always adored Sandra Bullock. Until I saw that business about the leaving-the-pregnant-wife-for-her. Admittedly, Jesse, not Sandra, was the vowbreaker. But Sandra didn’t help things. The porn star is apparently a skank; James is apparently a skank; Sandra is now a skank by association. Bleaggghhh.
I’m pretty sure Bullock stated when the ex went into prison that she wouldn’t be doing this….trying to use her crime as just cause for taking the child from her. I not positive, but I’m pretty sure.
p.s. It’s not like the mom wasn’t a porn star prior to giving birth and she did have her up until she went to jail. NOW they have a problem. And it’s not as if she went to jail for dealing drugs, child pornography, or a viollent crime…she was evading taxes, which there are many who say we must and some who say “where’s it written.” So that’s where I think the hypocrisy is.

Why would a tax evader go from prison to a halfway house? I thought those were for people who needed eased into society, who required some supervision, like people with mental illness or violent criminals. (Feel free to correct me, I really don’t know.)
What does the kid want? I’d rather have Sandra Bullock as my mom. (My sister took voice lessons from Sandra’s mom while in college. Said she was nice.)
We all make mistakes. These two are living quietly in LA (if that’s possible) and Sandra is working to make a family.
I see no reason to bring these two into our website foray. Let it be. He builds motorcycles and supports his kids. Sandra makes movies, completely avoids the paparatizzi and I think is building a solid relationship that will reap windfalls for many people.
My opinion has been expressed.
Janine called into the Howard Stern Show before starting her prison sentence for tax evasion. She says one of her exes turned her in but she wouldn’t say who. She says her ex-husband Jesse James and his new wife, actress Sandra Bullock, wanted nothing to do with her five-year-old daughter for the first three years of her life. Then one day they wanted contact with her daughter and Janine was happy and started making baby books for Jesse. But one day he just snapped and tried to get full custody of her daughter. They settled on joint custody.
The long standing rumor is that both Jesse and Sandra turned in Janine to the IRS. Though Jesse is no stranger to not paying people with his lawyers and former business partners all suing him for conning them and not paying his bills. I had always heard Jesse was violent towards Janine throughout their marriage and while Janine was pregnant with their daughter. He left Janine for Sandra while she was eight months pregnant though Janine says she doesn’t blame Sandra for the breakup. After Jesse left Janine for Sandra, he was claiming their daughter wasn’t his all of a sudden. DNA tests proved differently. Jesse then went on with his new life in Hollywood and wasn’t in contact with Janine or their daughter for the next three years.
My theory is that Sandra, who isn’t getting any younger by Hollywood standards, wanted Jesse to gain full custody of Janine’s daughter. This served two purposes: 1), Publicity for Sandra because she can get the publicity she wants by parading Janine’s daughter on public outings in front of the obvious paparazzi ahead. I’ve seen pictures of where Sandra is looking directly at the cameras and smiling while Janine’s daughter is in full view of them. Did Janine authorize these publicity stunts? And 2), Sandra can’t have children and trying to gain custody of a young child is her way of finally becoming a mother.
Sandra has many times stated in interviews that her husband’s children with his ex-wives and ex-girlfriends are also her children and a part of her family. I’m a part of a stepfamily but my stepfather had custody of me and raised me along with my mother. Sandra has nothing to do with Janine’s daughter except when Jesse has his visitation. Unless you are raising the children and their mothers are not in their lives for whatever reason, then you are not their mother and merely a babysitter. If Sandra had children. I highly doubt she would appreciate her husband’s exes saying her children are also their children now.
If Sandra can’t have children, she can open her home to foster children when there are so many children that need homes. She certainly has the money to do this and can take care of so many needy children. She obviously doesn’t want a happy stable family environment for Janine’s daughter because Janine said in her interview that Jesse and Sandra will not talk to her and she and Sandra have never really sat down to discuss her daughter staying with her while she’s in prison. How was this all arranged and handled? Through lawyers?
Jesse was using Janine’s porn history against her when he was first trying to get custody. But he didn’t have any problems marrying a porn star and getting a porn star pregnant. But when he met a woman more famous and more wealthy than Janine, Jesse and Sandra came to the conclusion that a porn star for a mother was suddenly a problem. Sandra thinks she’s a better mother figure for Janine’s daughter. But Janine has a 17-year-old son and there has never been any issues against Janine as a mother. Unlike Jesse who beat Janine while pregnant, later claimed their daughter wasn’t his, and then later having nothing to do with the child for the first three years of her life. While Sandra was having an affair with a married man who had a pregnant wife at home and has been trying to take a little girl away from her mother and older brother. Despite all of Janine’s flaws, I rather see her raising children than Jesse and Sandra.
Janine’s biggest mistake, ex-husband Jesse James, was in court asking a judge to rule if Janine is fit to share custody of their 5-year-old daughter. He wanted Janine to prove that she could provide a safe environment for her daughter. He also asked that she not allow pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons, and other unsafe environments be around her daughter.
It was fine when Jesse married a porn star and got a porn star pregnant. But now suddenly after his new wife Sandra Bullock can’t have her own children, Janine is no longer fit to raise her own child and should be separated from her daughter and her daughter be separated from her older brother.
Considering the jobs and lifestyles Jesse and Sandra Bullock have, who are they to ask any judge to not allow children near pornographers, drug addicts, guns, felons, and an unsafe environment? Jesse’s world is all about everything he is hinting to a judge that Janine’s world is like. And Sandra’s world is Hollywood where there are no rules and far worse than anything Janine has ever encountered in her own life.
When someone also beats his wife throughout their marriage, tells her to abort the child he now suddenly wants custody of, and beats his wife while she is pregnant with that child, that person no longer has a voice in the raising of that child and is merely just the sperm donor.
After Jesse left a pregnant Janine for Sandra, he suddenly denied the child was his. After DNA tests proved he is the sperm donor, he and his new wife wanted nothing to do with Janine’s daughter and were completely out of the picture for the first three years of Sunny’s life. But after Jesse cut off his balls and handed them to Sandra, he came back into Sunny’s life and now wants to separate her from her mother and brother.
The judge in this case has said a review will be conducted after Janine is finally released from custody.
In a court income declaration, Janine listed Earl Miller Photography as her current employer and stated that she makes $12 an hour as a set designer there. While Jesse described himself as an “extraordinarily high earner” on his income statement but did not provide details. The details might read as “I married a wealthy Hollywood actress who can’t have her own children”.
Going to prison for not paying your taxes doesn’t make someone a bad parent. But everything he has put Janine and her daughter through for all these years does make Jesse a bad parent. Nothing has ever been said either against Janine as a parent when it comes to her 18-year-old son. Custody is only an issue now because Sandra Bullock can’t have children and needs a new toy to parade in front of the paparazzi.

ACtually, Jesse is loaded, even without Sandra. He has had several tv shows and it is common knowledge that he is loaded.
