Just so you guys know, leather and fur are not made the same way. They are two different industries.Leather is a by-product of the meat industry, whereas fur is an industry in itself and the animals meat is a by-product. This does not justify leather, but as long as people eat meat there will be leather. Fur is an absolutely disgusting industry! I understand how these celebrities are hypocritical, but you guys need to know that fur and leather do not contain the same process.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to truly hate her since she did show some hilarious self awareness in Stuck on You. Sure, her character isn’t named Eva Mendes, but she’s still playing herself.

“Fur” is cute and reminds you of the pets you have/have had in your life.

“Leather” isn’t nearly as cute, and doesn’t call up the images of the cute fluffy critters.

Therefore – on the “badness” scale, “leather” > “fur”.
